Experiences on fixation of intertrochanteric fracture of femur with InterTan

摘要 目的探讨新一代股骨近端交锁髓内钉(InterTan钉)治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的体会。方法采用InterTan钉内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折25例。结果本组均获平均14.5(5~24)个月随访,切口均一期愈合,未出现下肢深静脉血栓。无骨折再移位及内固定松动、失效。末次随访时按JOA髋关节评分系统评定疗效:优17例,良5例,可3例,优良率88.0%。结论InterTan钉设计合理,在治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折时具有固定可靠、骨折愈合率高、临床疗效满意、并发症发生率低的优点。 Objective To investigate the experiences of a new intertrochanteric antegrade nail of InterTan in treating osteoporotie intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elderly patients. Methods Twenty five elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were treated with InterTan. Results All patients were followed up for 14.5 months on average (range: 5-24 months). All incisions were primary healing, without deep venous thrombosis. No fragment re--displacement and internal fixation loosening or failure were observed. At the last follow up, according to the JOA score system, the results were excellent in 17 cases, good in 5 cases, fair in 3 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 88.0%. Conclusion InterTan has appropriate design, which can be used to treat osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elderly patients with good results, stable fixation, high union rate and low complication rate.
