摘要
HC轧机利用中间辊的轴向移动,改善了工作辊受力状态,减少了工作辊的弯曲,增大了板形控制能力,但轧辊边部的接触压力剧增,加重了轧辊的磨损,严重时会产生辊面刻痕或中间辊辊身部分剥落。本文通过对HC轧机辊间接触压力的理论分析,提出降低辊身边部接触压力值和提高轧辊寿命的措施。
With axial shift of intermediate rolls, the force condition of HC mill work roll was improved, its bending reduced and the ability of controlling profile increased. However, the contact pressure between rolls was violently raised at roll edge and wear of roll edge became heavier. In serious cases, cut scar on sunface of roll took place or the section at shoulder of intermediate roll flaked. In order to slove the problem, this paper put forward the measures for decreasing the value of contact pressure at roll edge and raising the working life of roll by analysing the contact pressure between rolls of HC mill in theory.
