摘要
进入21世纪,气候变暖,自然灾害频繁发生。如何减缓气候变化带来的影响,实现经济可持续发展成为摆在人类面前的最大难题。服务外包是现代服务业的重要组成部分,机场发展服务外包,能够集中精力于核心服务环节,为广大利益相关者提供更好的服务。针对当前机场航空物流的表现不足,在低碳经济视角及服务外包战略驱动下,对其现状加以分析并提出具体的发展策略。
Into the 21st century the world is faced with climate warming and frequent occurrence of natural disasters. How to alleviate chmate change and achieve sustainable development has become the biggest problem standing before human beings. Service outsourcing is an important part of modem service industry when airports can focus on core services with other services outsourced therefore can provide better services for all interested parties. In view of current airport aviation logistics performance deficiencies, under the perspective of low carbon economy and service outsourcing, this paper analyzes present situation and proposes specific development strategies.
