论国际贸易中的中国知识产权保护

China's Intellectual Property Protection in International Trade

目前中国是世界上经济增长速度最快的国家,国际贸易发展取得了较大的成就。2010年,中国已成为全球第二大贸易国家。随着全球国际贸易竞争的加剧,中国在国际贸易方面存在的知识产权问题日益凸显。在对中国知识产权保护存在问题及产生侵权问题原因进行分析的基础上,提出了相关对策建议。

At present, China has the highest economic growth rates among countries all over the world and became the world＇s second largest trade nation in 2010. With the acceleration of international trade competitions, China＇s intellectual property protection issue in international trade becomes increasingly conspicuous. On the basis of analyzing existing problems in China＇s intellectual property protection as well as causes of infringement, relevant countermeasures and recommendations are proposed.
