Agile and Traditional Approaches in Contrast of Software Development Life Cycle

敏捷开发是近十年来兴起的软件开发模式,2012年11月第七届中国敏捷软件开发大会在北京、深圳、上海三地举办,为国内外敏捷实践者提供了开放的交流平台。从软件开发生命周期的角度分析比较了敏捷方法与传统方法的优劣,并提出敏捷方法在实践中的改进建议。

Agile development is a software developmemt pattern which rised in nearly 10 years. In November 2012,the 7th Agile China Conference held in Beijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai,which provided opened communication platform for foreign and domestic agile practitioners. This paper compares the agile methods and traditional methods from the view of SDLC, and explains the advantages and disadvantages of both methodologies. This paper also suggests improvements for current agile development so that it could be adopted more in practice.
