鱼腥草滴眼液治疗流行性角膜结膜炎临床总结

A clinical report on the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis with yuxingcao (鱼腥草)eye drops

目的 观察鱼腥草滴眼液治疗流行性角膜结膜炎的疗效。方法 观察组 1 0 4例(1 6 5只眼 )流行性角膜结膜炎患者用鱼腥草滴眼液治疗。对照组 6 0例 (99只眼 )患者用 4%吗啉双胍眼液滴眼治疗。两组疗程均为 1 0d。结果 观察组痊愈率为 85 5 % ,对照组 49 5 % ,χ2 =39 6 6 1 3,P <0 0 1 ;观察组总显效率为 95 8% ,对照组 76 8% ,χ2 =2 2 1 5 2 9,P <0 0 1。两组比较差异有非常显著性。

OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effects of yuxingcao (鱼腥草)eye drops in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis. METHODS One hundredand four patients (165 eyes ) were treated with yuxingcao eye drops in the treated group. Sixty patients (99 eyes) treated with 4% moroxydine (ABOB) eye drops in the control group. The period of treatment was 10 days in the two groups. RESULTS Ratio of cured cases was 85 5% in the treated group and was 49 5% in the control group, χ 2=39 6613, P <0 01. The total ratio of obvious effective cases was 95 8% in the treated group and was 76 8% in the control group, χ 2=22 1529, P <0 01 The difference was significant obviously between two groups CONCLUSIONS Yuxingcao eye drops is effective obviously in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis
