心力衰竭与动脉 被引量:1

摘要 心脏与动脉协调、配合在心衰发生发展中起决定性作用,近年来随着对大动脉弹性认识的不断深入与重视,认为大动脉弹性降低是包括心衰在内的多种心血管疾病的危险因素。本文将有关心衰时动脉改变的动物实验及临床试验予以综述,以期进一步研究动脉改变与心功能之间的相互影响及机制,为发掘中医学"心主血脉"理论内涵打下基础。
