摘要
采用盆栽法茎叶处理方式分别测定了黑龙江省五常市志广乡长富村(种群H1)、兴凯湖农场一连队(种群H2)、八五四农场现代农业研发中心(种群H3)、鹤岗市江滨农场(种群H4)、庆安县久胜镇久旺村(种群H5)共5个地区水稻田野慈姑对吡嘧磺隆的ED50值.结果表明,不同种群对吡嘧磺隆的敏感性不同,敏感程度依次为:种群H1>种群H2>种群H3>种群H4>种群H5,其ED50值(以有效成分计)分别为107.04、163.92、289.61、320.50、484.06 g/hm2.各种群对吡嘧磺隆的ED50值与其使用年限呈正相关,吡嘧磺隆使用年限越长的地区,野慈姑的ED50值越大;且各种群对吡嘧磺隆的ED50值是20世纪90年代初期黑龙江省水稻田吡嘧磺隆常规田间施药量(以有效成分计)10~15 g/hm2的10.7~48.4倍.
In order to evaluate the sensitivity of Sagittaria trifolia Linn.from Heilongjiang Province to pyrazosulfuron-ethyl,the corms of S.trifolia were collected from paddy fields in Wuchang City(Population H1),Xingkaihu Farm(Population H2),854 Farm(Population H3),Jiangbin Farm(Population H4) and Qing'an County(Population H5) in Heilongjiang Province,and pot experiments and foliage treatment were conducted to determine the ED50.The ED50 values(active ingredients) of different populations were 107.04 g/hm2,163.92 g/hm2,289.61 g/hm2,320.50 g/hm2 and 484.06 g/hm2,respectively,and different populations had different sensitivities to pyrazosulfuron-ethyl in the following order:Population H1 > Population H2 > Population H3 > Population H4 > Population H5.The ED50 values of different populations had positive correlation with the treatment time of pyrazosulfuronethyl.The ED50 values of different populations were 10.7-48.4 times as those in paddy fields of Heilongjiang Province in the early 1990 s.
