恶性肿瘤DNA倍体分类与患者预后的关系

The Relation Between DNA Ploid Types and Prognosis on Patients with Malignant Tumors

目的 :探讨恶性肿瘤DNA倍体分类在肿瘤患者预后方面的依据。方法 :用流式细胞术 (FCM)对 130例恶性肿瘤患者癌组织DNA含量进行检测 ,并分析了癌组织不同倍体类型与肿瘤患者生存率和生存期的关系。结果 :恶性肿瘤患者DNA倍体类型不同 ,患者生存率和生存期明显不同。DNA二倍体肿瘤患者的生存率和生存期显著高于异倍体患者 (P <0 .0 5)。在DNA异倍体患者中 ,从ND→T→AN→M ,患者生存率逐渐下降 ,生存期逐渐缩短 ,而且ND、T与AN、M肿瘤患者的生存率和生存期之间差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :肿瘤患者癌细胞DNA倍体不同 ,预后也明显不同。从D、ND→T→AN→M肿瘤 ,患者预后越来越差。

Objective:To study prognosis basis for DNA ploid classification on patients with malignant tumors.Methods:DNA contents of tumorous tissue were measured on 130 patients with malignant tumors by flow cytometry. The relation was analysed between different ploid types and prognosis.Results:The change of survival rate and survival time of patients with malignant tumors were significantly different with the DNA ploid types.The survival rate and survival time of patients with diploid tumors were higher than these of patients with heteroploid tumors( P <0.05).In heteroploid tumors patients,the survival rate and survival time were gradually lower from ND→T→AN to M tumors. The survival rate and survival time were significant difference between ND,T and AN,M tumors( P <0.05).Conclutions:The change of prognosis in patients with malignant rumors was with difference of DNA ploid types.The prognosis of patients was gradually bad from D,ND→T→AN to M tumors.These results provided prognosis basis for DNA ploid cassification of tumorous tissue.
