主要介绍孟莫克公司新开发的SolvRTM可再生二氧化硫回收技术的工艺流程、溶剂及小试运行情况。描述了孟莫克公司即将工业化的新装置MAXENETM,该装置每吨酸将可产6 MPa、480℃蒸汽约1.5 t,比常规装置多产27%的电量。在转化床层中产生的所有反应热被蒸汽发生设备回收,流程大幅度简化。
Process, solvent and small experiment operation of the new SolvR^TM regenerative sulphur dioxide tech- nology developed by MECS are described. The new MAXENETM technology to be industrialized is introduced with this technology, 1.5 t steam at 6 MPa and 480 ℃ per ton of sulphuric acid is produced and power generated is over 27% than normal plants. Reaction heat generated at conversion beds is completely recovered by steam producing equipment and process is simplified significantly.
