摘要
介绍了420 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸装置不锈钢转化器的优化思路和创新设计。针对传统转化器存在的不足和弊端,重点对转化器底座、立柱、隔板、气体进出口及布气板等部件做了设计上的改进。改进后降低了由于人为操作失误或工艺条件不稳定引起的温差过大而造成转化器部件的变形及开裂的几率,为生产的正常运行提供了最基本的保障。
The optimization ideas and innovation design of stainless steel converter in a 420 kt/a smelter acid plant are introduced. According to the shortcomings of the traditional converters, some design improvements were made for converter's base, pillars, partitions, gas inlet and outlet and gas distributor. The chances of deforma- tion and cracking of those parts, which results from large temperature difference due to operating error or unstable process conditions, are reduced, so that the normal operation is ensured.
