乳腺多发良性肿瘤真空辅助旋切术与传统手术优劣分析

Analysis of the ultrasonography-guided encor system in minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgery for multiple breast lesions

目的比较乳腺多发良性肿瘤的B超引导下真空辅助旋切术与传统手术临床疗效。方法选取于2012年2月-2013年9月间在我院行手术治疗的乳腺多发性良性肿瘤患者(单侧或双侧肿块,2个≤肿块数目≤10个)200例,其中行真空辅助旋切术治疗的患者100例,传统手术治疗的患者100例,从住院时间、手术时间、术后乳腺外形满意度、术后切口并发症(出血血肿)、切口愈合时间、术后3个月局部有无复发再发6个方面进行优劣势比较。结果真空辅助旋切术组患者的住院平均时间为2.5d、手术平均时间为40min、术后乳腺外形满意度99%、术后血肿1例、切口愈合平均时间3d、术后3个月复查局部无复发再发。传统手术治疗组患者的住院平均时间为6d、手术平均时间为60min、术后乳房外形满意度85%、术后并发症(积液裂开感染)7%、切口愈合平均时间7d、术后3个月复查局部无复发再发。结论对于乳腺多发良性肿瘤患者,B超引导下行真空辅助旋切术的治疗是安全可行的,且优于传统手术。

Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of clinical treatment what the minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgery for multiple breast lesions. Methods Selection 200 cases of the surgical treatment to multiple breast lesions in February 2012-September 2013 in our center （unilateral or bilateral lump,2≤lump numbers≤10）,analysis six aspects of hospitalization days,operation duration,satisfaction of postoperative patients to breast shape,postoperative complications （hematoma）,incision healing time, Investigate whether relapse after 3 months. Results minimally invasive surgery patients hospitalization days for an average of 2.5 ,the average operation duration was 40 minutes,satisfaction of breast shape was 99%, 1% patient hematoma, Incision healing of the average time for 3 days, there was no recurrence after three months. The average length of hospital stay for patients with traditional surgery 6 days,the average operation time was 60 minutes, satisfaction of breast shape was 85%,The postoperative complications of incision was 7% ,the average healing time of incision was 7 days,there was no recurrence after three months. Conclusion For multiple benign breast tumor patients,the uhrasonography-guided encor system in minimally invasive surgery is safe and feasible.
