The relationship between CD4^+CD25^+CD127^- regulatory T cell and the initial cause of labor

摘要 目的对CD4+CD25+CD127-调节性T细胞与分娩发动的关系进行初步探索。方法选择40例孕妇,分别检测其36孕周、37孕周、38孕周、39孕周及临产时静脉血调节性T细胞比例及宫颈成熟度,同时检测22例过期妊娠孕妇及50例已婚未孕正常女性的外周静脉血调节性T细胞比例,分析调节性T细胞比例与宫颈成熟度的关系。结果孕36周至临产期间孕妇调节性T细胞比例大于正常未孕女性;随着孕周的增加调节性T细胞比例逐渐下降,由孕36周时的9.09%下降至临产时的5.48%,宫颈Bishop评分逐渐升高,调节性T细胞比例与宫颈成熟度成直线反向相关;过期妊娠孕妇调节性T细胞比例小于临产产妇。结论调节性T细胞与分娩发动有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between CD4^+CD25^+CD127^- regulatory T cell and the initial cause of labor. Methods In order to analyze the relationship of the proportion of CD4^+CD25^+CD127^- regulatory T cells and initial cause of labor,forty pregnant women who were in the gestational weeks of 36,37,38,39 and in labor were enrolled to the study,who were tested the proportion of CD4^+CD25^+CD127^- regulatory T cell and cervical ripeness. Meanwhile,the proportion of CD4^+CD25^+CD127^- regulatory T cells of 22 prolonged pregnan women and 50 married non-pregnant women were tested. Results The proportion of CD4^+CD25^+CD127^- regulatory T cells of pregnant women is higher than that of married non-pregnant women, and the proportion gradually declined from 9.09% of the 36th gestational weeks to 5.48% before labor,meanwhile the cervical ripeness rises gradually;the proportion of CD4^+CD25^+CD127^- regulatory T cell have linear inverse correlation with cervical ripeness. At the same time,the proportion of Treg of the post-term pregnant women is higher than that of the women in labor. Conclusion There is a possible association between the proportion of CD4^+CD25^+CD127^- regulatory T and the initial cause of labor.
