X射线荧光光谱法测定锌精矿中7组分 被引量:2

摘要 采用x射线荧光光谱法分析锌精矿中铅、锌、铁、硅、硫、铜、镉元素。以d系数法为主,用以校正共存元素间的吸收增强效应和谱线重叠影响,其中铅选用L。做为分析线,其它元素全部选用K。做为分析线;锌选用Rh做为内标元素,降低了基体干扰,大大提高了此方法对于分析不同矿脉的锌精矿的准确性与稳定性。此方法中各元素的检出限在11.16—219.721μg·g-m之间。用本方法测定值与化学法、原子吸收法测定值进行比对,所测结果基本相符。对同-已知样品分析10次,求得所测定元素的RSD~〈3%。 X x-ray fluorescence spectrometry was adopted to determine contents of lead, zinc, iron, Silicon, sulfur, copper and cadmium in zinc concentrate, ct coefficient method was used for the correction of coexistence between elements absorp- tion enhancement effect and the line overlapping. L o~ as analysis line was choosen for lead, and K ct for other elements. Rh was selected as internal standard elements to reduce matrix interference and greatly improve accuracy and stability of the method for analysis of different vein of zinc concentrate. Detection limit for each element in this method was around 11.16 ~ 219. 721 ~g ~ g -1. Values by atomic absorption spectrometric determination method and chemical method were adopted to check against the values determined in this method and results showed that they conform well. Results of 10 times deter- mination on the same known sample showed that the determination of elements evaluated RSD 〈~3%.
