摘要
建立了压舱水提升泵房控制系统与东辅建区泵房控制系统的控制网通讯和软件程序的编制,实现提升泵房4台潜水泵,6个电动阀,2台清水搅拌机的远程监视和控制,并在上位机画面中反应出5个浮球液位计动作及压舱水池水位的变化情况,并提供实时的报警信息,提高了生产作业的自动化水平,极大的提升了压舱水回收效率,方便了设备的使用。通过运煤船压载水舱船泵系统的改造,解决了运煤船压舱水只能排海,不能上岸的问题。
Control network communication and software development for the ballast water pump control system and eastern auxiliary pump control system were established to realize remote monitor and control of 4 submersible pumps, 6 electric valves, 2 water mixers ,and reflect actions of 5 float level gauges and water level changes of the ballast tanks, and provide real-time alarm information to improve the level of automation in production operations. The system greatly improved the ballast water recovery efficiency, facilitate equipment operation. Transformation of the collier ballast water tanks boat pump system was implemented to solve tile problem that the collier ballast water can only be discharged into the sea.
