摘要
由于原有道岔设计缺陷和组装时的误差,导致矿车在自然坡度通过组合道岔时产生较大的冲击震动,矿车消耗部分惯性力,使矿车不能将所载物料送达工业场地;同时也加剧了组合道岔磨损与变形,冲击震动还加速了矿车的劣化。经过对以上问题的分析研究,根据实际情况重新设计、加工的渡线组合道岔满足矿车在自然坡度无动力做直线、交叉、反向行驶功能;同时要求矿车在道岔上运行时,运动平稳、冲击小、阻力小的特点。
Defect of the design and assembly in the original turnouts, causes much greater impact of the mine truck to the combination turnouts in natural slope, and loss of inertia force, so the mine truck can not deliver the loading materials to the industrial site, at the same time intensifies the shock and wear of the combination turnouts, and accelerates the deterio- ration of the mine truck. Through analysis and study of the above problems, redesign of the crossing combination turnout according to the actual situation is carried out to meet the requirement of stable movement with small impact and small re- sistance when the mine truck running on the turnouts in dynamic linear, cross, reverse movement in the natural slope.
