摘要
目的 :建立萘普生分散片中赖氨酸含量测定的方法。方法 :用紫外分光光度法 ,测定波长为 5 6 5nm。结果 :平均回收率为 99.2 9% ,RSD为 0 .2 1% (n =10 )。线性范围为 1.792～ 8.96 4μg/ml。 结论 :该方法准确。
Objective:To establish a method for determining lysine in naproxen dispersible tablets.Methods:Lysine in sample was determined spectrophotometrically at 565 nm.Results:A mean recovery of 99.29% with a RSD of 0.21%( n =10) and a linear range of 1.792～8.964μg/ml was obtained.Conclusion:Results obtained showed that it's a reliable and acurate method for determination of lysine in naproxen dispersible tablet. [
