工作辊横移式四辊轧机的板凸度模拟模型

摘要 轧辊横移方法是控制板形和板凸度的一种有效手段。计算轧辊弹性变形的主要方法有影响函数法,弹性基础梁法和结合前两种方法的综合法。本文在这些方法的基础上,补充适当的方程,组成以辊系受力为未知变量的线性方程组,针对工作辊横移式轧机进行解析。与传统方法相比,该线性方程组法计算简便,运算效率高,并具有足够的精度。作者利用改造后的四辊轧机进行了工作辊横移式轧机的实验研究,实验结果与理论计算结果一致,表明该线性方程组计算方法可适用于各种工作辊横移式轧机。 Roll shifting is an efficient method to control strip shape and crown. The methods to calculate roll elastic deformations include the influence coefficient method, the method of beams on elastic foundations and the method combining the two above. Based on the methods and complemented an adequate equation, a linear simultaneous system with unknowns of the roll system loads is composed and solved with Gauss method concerning to a WRS mill. Compared with conventional methods the linear simultaneous system method is simple, highly efficient and with enough accuracy. The experiments are performed on a 4-high mill which has been converted into work roll shifting mill. The agreement of experimental results with theoretical calculations shows that the method can be applied to the calculation of roll system deformations of mills with shifting work rolls.
