丁丙诺啡舌下含片的不良反应分析

Analysis of ADRs of buprenorphine sublingual tablet

目的 :考察国产丁丙诺啡舌下含片用于治疗疼痛的安全性。方法 :采用 1次、1d及 2周给药方法 ,观察其药物不良反应。结果 :386例患者中出现不良反应 16 7人 ,16 70例次 ,其中与药物有关者 711例次 ,很可能有关者 384例次。结论 :舌下含片丁丙诺啡可有效缓解中度以上疼痛 ,不良反应发生率较低 。

Objectives:To evaluate the safety of buprenorphine sublingual tablet in treatment of pains.Methods:The drug was given in a once daily dose for 2 weeks to observe its ADRs.Results:Of the 386 patients studied ADRs occurred in 167 of them with a total incidence rate of 65.5%.Conclusions:Medium pain could be relieved by buprenorphine sublingual tablet with less ADRs incidence rate and no intolerance and dependence were observed.
