多层次校企合作框架下校内创新实验室建设

Construction of innovative laboratory under a multi-level university-enterprise collaborative framework

针对普通高校与企业建立校企共建实验室存在的问题,提出多企业、多层次的校企合作框架,以整合小规模多企业的校企合作和多层次合作的方式,建成一定规模的校企合作平台,并讨论了按照多层次校企合作框架建立校内创新实验室的实施方案。多层次校企合作框架下的创新实验室建设,具有执行难度低、提升学生创新能力见效快、培养效果好的明显优势。

An approach to build a multi-level university-enterprise collaborative framework by merging many small enterprises is put forward, in order to solve the common problems in co-building the university-enterprise laboratory. Based on this framework, this article further discusses the scheme of setting up the innovative experiment platform, whose prominent advantages are to lower the implementation difficulty, improve the efficiency in nurturing students＇ innovative ability, thus achieving a fruitful success in talents training.
