摘要
提出了一种基于霍尔车速传感器的测控平台的设计方法。该平台主要包括DSP系统板、霍尔车速传感器、汽车车速工况模拟装置、汽车车速仪表以及上位机。介绍了车速表、车速传感器及车速工况模拟装置选型,叙述了硬件设计过程,阐述了汽车仪表车速系数标定、车速信号频率测量和带前馈控制的PID车速电机控制策略及系统测控流程。测试结果表明,车速传感器信号测量准确可靠,模拟车速工况控制快速平稳。该平台能够加深学生对汽车车速参数标定与测量、霍尔车速传感器信号特性及信号调理电路设计、前馈控制的PID控制策略等的认知理解。
The paper proposes a design method of measurement and control platform based on Hall vehicle speed sensor. This platform mainly comprises DSP system board, Hall vehicle speed sensor, simulation device of vehicle speed, automobile instrument for vehicle speed and host computer. This article introduces the selection of speedometer, vehicle speed sensor and simulation device of vehicle speed, analyzes the hardware design process, and describes the vehicle speed coefficient calibration of automobile instruments, the frequency measurement of vehicle speed signal, the control strategies with feedforward PID control of vehicle speed motor,system measurement and control process. The test results show that the vehicle speed sensor signal measurement is accurate and reliable, and the simulation condition control for vehicle speed is fast and steady. Through the understanding of the experimental system and practice, it will deepen the cognitive understanding for experimenters of calibration with the vehicle speed parameter, signal characteristics of vehicle speed sensor, design of signal processing circuit, the control strategies with feedforward PID control, etc.
