摘要
为提高消防指战员的火灾现场处置能力,开发了油罐区灭火救援计算机模拟训练平台。根据典型的灭火救援指挥实例制作了三维立体视频。重点阐述了视频制作的步骤及制作三维视频区别于二维视频的关键技术。
With the rapid development of the stereo video technology, the development direction in the future, and its application research is getting fighting and rescue command system based on the typical disasters as 3D expounds the video production steps and makes 3D video to distinguish from multimedia technology has become the more and more attention. Taking fire video production examples, this paper the key technology of 2D video.
