摘要
研究了 Na Cl对豫棉 1 5号种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响 ,结果表明 :低浓度的 Na Cl (0 .4%以下 )能促进种子萌发 ,而高浓度 (>0 .7% )时则显著抑制 ;无论盐浓度高低 ,都对棉花幼苗生长产生抑制作用 ,当 Na C1浓度超过 0 .5 %时 ,幼茵的主根长、子叶面积。
The effects of salt stress on Yumian 15 cotton seeds germination and seedling growth were investigated, The results showed, low NaCl content(<0.4%)could enhance seeds germination, high NaCl content(>0.7%)obviously suppressed seeds germination. However low or high concentraction of NaCl all suppressed cotton seedling growth, when concentraction of NaCl was over 0.5%, the root length, cotyledon area and dry weight of seedling were lower contrast obviously.
