A Study on Germination of Hair Mung Bean in Different Germinating Stroma

摘要 通过对山西毛绿豆进行不同基质的发芽试验。结果表明 :纱布基质发芽效果最佳 ,海绵次之 ,滤纸效果最差。这在发芽率、幼芽生长速率两项试验结果中都比较吻合。提示我们在评价种子发芽能力时 。 The paper deals with germination experment of hair mung bean in different germinating environment (gauze, sponge and filter paper).The results were as follows:of the three stromata the germination effect of gauze is best, then sponge, and the filter paper is worst. The experimental result of germination rate and growth rate of bud is the same. So when in the evaluation of seed, s germination ability, we should fully take choose of germination condition into account.
