摘要
炉渣中的氧分压(即电动势值)是炼钢工艺中的一个重要参数。作者用新研制的固体电解质炉渣定氧探头,在南京钢铁厂15 t复吹转炉上,现场测定了一次倒炉炉渣的氧分压,并发现三种用于定氧探头的氧化锆质固体电解质管(ZrO_2-MgO)均能达到测定炉渣氧分压的要求。用此定氧探头可以同时获得可靠、稳定的炉渣氧分压和温度。
Oxygen partial pressure in the slag phase is an important parameter in steelmaking process. Consequently, a solid electrolyte oxygen sensor for slags in steelmaking process was developed in the present work. e. m. f. (electromotive force) measurement, optical examination of cross sections of the three kinds electrolyte tubes used in factory experiments indicated the magnesia-stablized zirconia (ZrO2-MgO) was suitable for this purpose. When the oxygen sensor was tested on slags of 151 top-bottom combined blowing converter at the end of the normal blowing operation, the reliable and stable partial pressure in the slags was successfully obtained by the simultaneous measurement of e. m. f. and temperature.
