初中教师组织公民行为与工作压力、认知风格的关系研究

摘要 文章采用教师组织公民行为问卷、中小学教师工作压力问卷和镶嵌图形测验等方法对通化市173名教师进行调查研究,探讨教师组织公民行为、工作压力、认知风格之间的关系.结果发现:中小学教师工作压力部分维度与组织公民行为呈较为显著负相关,中小学教师工作压力大小显著影响组织公民行为的多少,认知风格影响组织公民行为中的责任意识维度和压力中的社会压力维度.
