Realization of Streaming Media Transmitting Service Based on Oracle Database

本文简要阐述了流媒体业务的需求及应用现状，分析了以数据库来存储流媒体数据的优点，介绍了Oracle数据库对流媒体技术的支持，最后从数据存储的角度探讨了一种基于Oracle数据库的嵌入式流媒体服务实现方法。

This paper briefly describes the requirements and application status of streaming media services, analyzes the advantages of using a database to store streaming media data, and introduces the Oracle database support to streaming media. Finally, it investigates the im- plementation method of embedded streaming media service based on the Oracle database from the perspective of data storage.
