换热器浅球面非标薄管板分析设计 被引量:3

Analytical Design of Non-standardized Thin Shallow Spherical Tubesheet Used in Heat Exchanger

摘要 浅球面薄管板是一种非标管板,其合理的壁厚设计一直成为工程应用难点。基于JB 4732—1995分析设计标准及通用有限元软件,对某换热器用浅球面非标管板进行了分析设计,重点对分析设计的应力分类法和极限载荷法计算管板壁厚进行了对比研究。结果表明:相对于平面厚管板,在相当条件下,基于分析设计方法计算得到的浅球面管板厚度降低了约75%;在4 MPa设计压力下,应力分类与极限载荷两种分析设计方法得到的浅球面管板厚度相当。研究成果为该类非标管板工程设计提供了一定的工程参考。 Thin shallow spherical tubesheet is non-standardized tubesheet, the proper design for it is always the difficult problem in engineering application. Based on JB 4732 and by using common finite element analysis software, one non-standardized shallow spherical tubesheet was designed with analysis method, and the comparison study for stress classification method and limit load method was emphatically carried out. It was shown that 1) compared to thick tubesheet, under the same condition, the thickness of shallow spherical tubesheet resulted from the design based on analysis was reduced around 75%; and 2) with design pressure of 4 MPa, the thicknesses of shallow spherical tubesheet resulted from stress classification method and limit load method are almost same. The results of the study presented herein have provided engineering reference for the design of this kind of non-standardized tubesheet.
