催化两器衬里烘炉后失强原因分析 被引量:3

摘要 对国内某炼油厂催化裂化装置沉降器和再生器(两器)衬里烘炉后出现强度偏低的问题,从系统因素入手,对衬里材料、施工质量控制、烘炉过程控制、环境影响、综合因素等方面进行分析,衬里发生了碱-集料反应是造成衬里质量问题的主要原因。提出改进措施,加强对耐火衬里碱-集料反应研究,严格限制材料中碱和活性物质含量,针对不同地区的实际环境,合理安排设备制造与衬里施工计划,避开不适宜的时间段施工,缩短衬里浇筑后的放置时间,同时加强通风养护,及时脱水烘炉,严格控制烘炉过程的升温速度和持续时间等,避免出现类似问题。 With respect to the problem of low strength occurred to the lining in precipitator and regenerator used in catalyzing construction in one oil refinery, the system factors, including lining material, quality control of construction, control of furnace process, influence from environment and other comprehensive factors, were analyzed in this article. The reaction of alkali with other fluids in furnace is the main cause of inducing quality problem. The following improving measures were provided: to strengthen the research for the reaction of alkali with other fluids; to strictly limit the contents of alkali and active fluids; to properly arrange the plans of equipment manufacture and lining construction with respect to the environment in different areas; to strengthen ventilation and maintenance and to carry out dehydration and stoving in time; to strictly control the temperature rising velocity and sustaining period stoving process. With these measures, the problems mentioned above may be avoided.
