摘要
通过对江苏省建筑施工企业的管理人员、施工企业的农民工人、部分建筑类职业学院等培训机构的调查研究,分析了中国建筑业民工培训现状,参照江苏省建筑业岗位培训的经验,提出了建筑业职业准入制度落实措施,以及建筑业职业准入制度实施良好的提下的江苏省建筑业农民工培训体系的建议。
Through survey and research on managers and peasant-worker of construction enterprises and some of the architec- tural professional school, the paper was analyzed status of peasant-worker training of China construction industry. According to experiences of Jiangsu on-the-job training of construction industry, the paper was put forward measures of occupation ac- cess system of construction industry. Finally, the paper was put forward suggestions for training system of peasant-worker.
