摘要
简要介绍了素质、素质模型、素质词典的概念、内涵和关系,以大型建筑工程项目施工项目经理岗位为例,基于素质词典对该岗位构建了素质模型,并阐述了施工项目经理素质模型在实际招聘中的应用。
The paper was briefly introduced concepts, connotation and relationships of competency, competency model and competency dictionary. Taking position of construction project manager for an example, the paper was expounded application of competency model in recruitment based on competency model built by competency dictionary.
