摘要
从焦化废水活性污泥中分离纯化出一株异养硝化细菌LW。该菌株为革兰氏阴性短杆菌,无芽孢,无鞭毛;菌落为白色圆形,半透明,边缘整齐。通过对该茵株进行硝化性能研究,证实NH4+-N去除率高达95%以上,TN和CODcr去除率分别为70.97%和91.01%。在NH4+-N去除过程中有明显的亚硝酸盐积累。通过对该菌株影响因素的研究表明,在pH值为7-8、温度为30%条件下,该菌株对氨氮去除能力较强。研究表明,异养硝化细菌LW适应能力较高,因此具有一定的工业应用价值。
Heterotrophic nitrification bacteria LW was extracted from activity sludge of coking wastewater. The strain is short of gram-negative bacilli, spore, without flagella; Colony is white rounded, translucent, edge neat. Through the study of the ni- trification performance, the paper was confirmed that NHd-N removal rate as high as 95% above, removal rate of TN and CODcr was 70.97% and 91.01% respectively. There was obvious nitrite accumulation in the process of NH4+-N removal. Through the study of the influence factor of the strain showed that the pH value of 7 - 8, the temperature the condition of 30 ℃, the strain removal ability was stronger. The research showed that the adaptation ability of heterotrophic nitrification bacteria LW was higher, which had a certain value for industrial application.
