恶性淋巴瘤伴获得性循环抗凝物质增多1例报道

摘要 1 病例 患者男性,57岁,因＂反复发热伴左上腹胀10月余＂于2009年5月4日收住入院.患者入院前10月即出现发热,呈间歇性发作,伴有左上腹胀,入院半月前再次发热,检查发现脾脏肿大,无消瘦,无咳嗽咳痰,无皮肤紫癜,无牙龈出血,无鼻出血,无血尿及便血.年幼时曾患＂疟疾＂,否认高血压、糖尿病史,无手术外伤史,无长期特殊用药史.体格检查：T 37℃,P 85次/min,R 22次/min,BP 125/75 mmHg,神清,发育正常,轻度贫血貌,全身皮肤黏膜无瘀点瘀斑,左侧腋窝可及一枚蚕豆大小的淋巴结,双侧腹股沟可扪及黄豆大小淋巴结,质中,活动度好,无压痛.
