口腔门诊医务人员血源性职业暴露防护体系的应用

Application of blood-borne occupational exposure defense system for dental clinic medical staff

目的:探讨血源性职业暴露防护体系在口腔门诊应用情况。方法:分析口腔门诊各种血源性职业暴露的危险因素,执行制度化、科学化及标准化的管理体系。结果:口腔门诊医务人员对血源性职业暴露高度重视,采取普遍的标准化预防措施,2010-2012年无血源性职业暴露发生。结论:彻底落实血源性职业暴露防护体系应用于临床一线科室,前瞻性的制定可行的干预措施,降低血源性职业暴露的危害。

Objective：To investigate application of blood-borne occupational exposure defense system in dental clinic. Meth- ods ： The risk factors of the blood-borne occupational exposure in the dental clinic were analyzed, and then a systematic, scientific and standardized management system was performed. Results： The dental clinic medical staff should attach great importance to the occupa- tional exposure and take universal standardized preventive actions. Thus, no blood-borne occupational exposure happened during 2010 -2012. Conclusions： Full implementation of the blood-borne occupational exposure in the clinical departments and the development of available intervention measures are used to reduce the risks of the occupational exposure.
