摘要
目的:探讨应用安全管理带教模式在手术室护理教学中的可行性。方法:2012年1月-2012年6月30名手术室实习护生作为对照组,选择2012年7月-12月30名手术室实习护生作为实验组,对照组实施常规教学,实验组2012年7月开展法律和相关专科等方面的培训,实习结束后两组均进行理论知识、无菌操作、传递器械正确性和腹腔镜手术器械清洗清洁度四方面考核,并行两组对照分析。结果:理论知识和无菌操作考核中,实验组得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组在剖宫产手术中传递器械正确性高于对照组(P<0.05)。腹腔镜器械清洗清洁例数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:安全管理教学模式适合于手术室护理教学,加强法律和相关专科知识培训可加强实习护生在手术室护理工作中安全管理意识,提高手术室护理工作质量。
Objective:To investigate feasibility of safety management model in clinical nursing teaching for obstetric and gyne- cological surgery. Methods: Sixty nursing students were randomly divided into two groups (with 30 in each group): the nursing students in Group E received law and the related specialized knowledge training for one week, and engaged in the clinical nursing teaching for obstetric and gynecological surgery for four weeks ; whereas the nursing students in Group C engaged in the clinical nursing teaching for obstetric and gynecological surgery for four weeks without the law and the related specialized knowledge training. The score of theory examination and practical ability, and the correct eases of transferring surgical instruments in caesarean operation and effec- tively cleaning efficacy on surgical instruments were recorded. Results: The score of the theory examination and practical ability in Group E was significantly higher than those in Group C ( P〈0. 05 ). The correct cases of transferring surgical instruments in Group E were higher than those in Group C ( P〈0.05 ). The cleaning efficacy on surgical instruments of Group C was lower than that of Group E (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The safety management model is suitable for the clinical nursing teaching of obstetric and gynecological surgery. The law and the related specialized knowledge training may enhance the safety management consciousness of the nursing students and improve the quality of nursing service.
