冰浆存储过程中冰晶粒径演化的影响因素研究 被引量:9

摘要 应用数群平衡模型研究冰浆存储过程中添加剂种类、质量分数、耗损率、含冰率对冰晶演化过程的影响。结果表明:存储过程中冰晶是不断增长的,可以通过加入添加剂来抑制冰晶的增长;添加剂的种类和质量分数是影响冰晶粒径增长的主要因素,耗损率与含冰率对冰晶粒径的动态变化影响较小;三种添加剂抑制冰晶增长的效果由大到小依次吐温80、乙二醇、氯化钠。 Ice slurry is a prospects. Ice crystals transfer closely. The po good coolant in cold storage and transportation, it has widely application revolution in the process of storage impact the thermodynamics and heat pulation balance model was applied in this paper to research the influence of the additionrs type and concentration, consumption rate, ice rate on ice slurry in the storage. Results have shown that ice crystasl are additives. The type and concentra growing tion of th during the storage, but it can be suppressed by adding e additives are the main factors to impact the growth of ice crystals. Attrition rate and ice percent factor have little effect on the growth of ice crystals. The three kinds additives are ranked according to their effect on suppressing the growth of the ice crystal, and the result is Tween 80, ethylene glycol and sodium chloride.
