SiO_2-water纳米流体在不同流场下的质量传递特性

摘要 在质量传递过程中,工质种类和流场对整个传质过程有着重要的影响。利用实验方法,在定常流场和脉动流场下,对纯净水和SiO2-water纳米流体在波壁管中的流动进行质量传递特性的实验研究。研究发现:在定常流场和脉动流场下,SiO2-water纳米流体的质量传递效果均要好于水;有脉动流场存在时,相同净雷诺数下的质量传递速率比定常流动状态下高很多,表明脉动流场具有更加优越的质量传递特性。 The type of fluid and flow field have important impact on the mass transfer. The mass transfer experiment was carried out in a wavy-walled tube with purified water and SiO2-water nanofluids for steady and pulsatile flow. Based on the experimental results, it is found that the effect of mass transfer of SiO2-water nanofluids is better than that of water extract for steady and pulsatile flow. The mass transfer rate for pulsating flow is better than that for steady flow at the same net Reynolds number, which means mass transfer rate is enhanced under the conditions of pulsating flow.
