摘要 针对电动车热管理需求,开展车辆余热利用相变仿真研究。建立三维蓄能圆球的无序堆积的计算流体动力学模型进行数学分析,重点针对流动特性、蓄热特性进行分析。结果表明,无序球体模型的紧凑式相变蓄能器数学模型,可以较清楚的对相变过程进行有效地分析。 For the vehicle thermal management system requirement of electric vehicle, a thermal storage exchanger by using phase change materials (PCM) was studied by CFD. The numerical calculation was made through a three-dimensional PCM model in randomly packed. The characteristics of fluid flow and heat storage was analyzed. The results show that the process of phase change can be analyzed by thermal storage exchanger model with PCM ball in randomly packed.
