摘要
本文从熔渣的键合理论出发,引用文献中的CO+N_2与CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3熔渣平衡试验数据,讨论了氮在渣中熔解反应的热力学。研究结果表明,氮置换网络结构中的氧而进入熔渣中,在CaO-SiO_2—Al_2O_3熔渣中,氮以Si-N-Si,Al-N-Al和Si-N—Al等键合形式存在。另外,还获得了CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3熔渣中氮化硅和氮化铝活度系数的经验计算式。
Using equilibrium experimental data of CO+N2 and CaO+ SiO2-Al2O3 molten slags, this paper discusses the thermodynamics of solution reaction of nitrogen in the slags base don the bond theory of melted slags. The results show that nitrogen replaces bridging oxygen ions and exists as Si-N-Si, Al-N-Al and Si-N-Al in the CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 slags. Empirical equations are derived to estimate the activity coefficients of silicon and aluminum nitrides in the slags.
