Traumatic brain injury （TBI） represents a major cause of neurological mortality and morbidity throughout the world. After the injury the functional recovery is still the difficult problems in treatment. Neural stem cells therapy is a burgeoning field of experimental treatment that has shown promise in the management of TBI.
