纤维支气管镜治疗脑血栓并肺炎疗效的临床分析

目的对脑血栓合并肺炎的病例进行纤维支气管镜下治疗进行分析,观察临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性、随机平行对照的研究方法,从我院2010年5月至2013年3月住院的256例脑血栓合并肺炎的病例,随机分成A组128例(给予常规治疗如抗炎、化痰、对症支持治疗)、B组128例(给予进行纤维支气管镜下治疗加上述常规治疗),观察两组疗效。结果纤维支气管镜下治疗组和常规治疗组比较,在病死率、体温恢复正常的时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、白细胞总数、中性粒细胞分类正常的时间以及影像学炎症吸收时间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),取得了良好的临床效果。结论纤维支气管镜治疗脑血栓并肺炎疗效较高,不良反应小,有较好的临床推广价值。
