舒适护理模式在ICU机械通气清醒患者中的应用

Comfort Care Mode's Application in the ICU Mechanical Ventilation Awake Patients

目的探讨舒适护理模式在ICU机械通气清醒患者中应用的效果,寻求较好的护理方式。方法实验组采用舒适护理方式,对照组采用常规护理方式。比较两组患者机械通气并发症发生率、住院时间以及护理满意率。结果实验组患者肺炎、压疮。抑郁焦虑等并发症均低于对照组患者。实验组患者住院时间短于对照组患者。实验组患者护理十分满意比率高于对照组患者,护理不满意比率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在ICU机械通气清醒患者中可以有效降低并发症发生率,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate comfort care mode＇s application in the ICU mechanical ventilation awake patients. Seek better care ways. Methods Experimental group gave comfort care. Control group received routine care. Compared two groups of patients with mechanical ventilation, incidence of complications, stay time in hospital and care satisfaction rate. Results The experimental group patients with pneumonia, pressure sores. Complications such as depression and anxiety were lower than the control group of patients, Experimental group hospitalization time is shorter than the patients of the control group. Experimental group patient care very satisfied rate was higher than those of control group. Not satisfied care rate was lower than that of the control group patients, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort care in the ICU mechanical ventilation in awake patients can reduce the incidence of complications, shorter hospital stay, and improve patient care satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
