摘要
目的探讨晚期宫颈癌应用恩度联合化疗的价值探讨。方法分析2011年3月至2013年3月我科收治的78例晚期宫颈癌患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各39例,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率(30.8%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(17.9%),两组间的总有效率具有统计学意义(χ2=5.228,P=0.023)。结论应用恩度联合化疗方案要由于单用化疗方案,可以改善晚期宫颈癌患者的临床症状,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the endostatin and the value of chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer. Methods Analysis from March 2011 to March 2013 our department treated 78 patients with advanced cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 39 cases in each group were observed clinical effect. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group （30.8%） was significantly higher than the total efficiency （17.9%）, total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant （x^2=5.228, P=0.023）. Conclusion Application endostar chemotherapy regimens due to chemotherapy alone, in patients with advanced cervical cancer can improve the clinical symptoms, improve clinical outcomes.
