消化性溃疡患者的胃镜观察及综合治疗效果的探析

目的研究分析消化性溃疡患者的胃镜观察及综合治疗效果。方法选取我院在2011年7月至2012年6月收治的68例消化性溃疡患者的临床资料进行研究分析,并按患者住院尾号分为参考组(34例)和对照组(34例),对照组患者采用法莫替丁进行治疗,参考组患者采用奥美拉唑进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果参考组患者治疗总有效率为91.18%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为70.59%,对比两组患者治疗效果,治疗组患者治疗总有效率显著优于对照组患者的,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃镜观察及综合治疗方法在治疗消化性溃疡疾病临床上效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of endoscopic observation and treatment of patients with peptic ulcer. Methods In our hospital in research and Analysis on the clinical data of 68 cases of peptic ulcer patients in 2011 July to 2012 June were, according to hospitalized patients with tail number is divided into reference group （34 cases） and control group （34 cases）, the control group were treated with famotidine treatment, the reference group were treated by omeprazole was treatment, compared two groups of patients the effect. Results The reference group the total effective rate was 91.1 g%, patients in the control group the total effective rate was 70.59%, the effect of treatment were compared between two groups, patients in the treatment group the total efficiency of treatment was better than the control group, there was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclnsion Endoscopic observation and comprehensive treatment effect in the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer disease significantly, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.
