摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定振源口服液(无糖型)中人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rd含量的方法。方法采用AlltimaTM C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长203nm,柱温为30℃。结果人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rd在70 min内达基线分离,线性关系良好(r≥0.9994)。加样回收率分别为97.93%和96.59%。结论该方法简便,快速,可作为振源口服液(无糖型)的质量控制指标。
Objective To determine the contents of ginsenosides Re and Rd the total saponins in Free-sugar zhenyuan oral liquid by HPLC. Method The analysis is carried out at room temperature on a AlltimaTM C18 column（250mm±4.6mm, 5μm） eluted with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phases in a gradient elution. The flow-rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 203nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Result Ginsenosides Re and Rd were separated at baseline within 70 rain with good linearity（r〉0.9994）. The recovery rates were 97.93% and 96.59%. Conclusion The method was simple, fast and could control the quality of Free-sugar zhenyuan oral liquid.
