高压静电场对鸡精子受精率及其胚胎发育影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 选用 5 18只母鸡、2 0只公鸡 (海赛克斯褐父母代鸡 ) ,公鸡精液用高压静电场处理后人工受精。分析研究高压静电场对鸡精子受精率及其胚胎发育的影响。结果表明用一定剂量的高压静电场处理鸡精液能提高精子受精率、缩短出雏持续时间 ,但剂量过大时降低受精率、增加鸡早期胚胎死亡 ,从而又影响孵化率。本次实验表明 60 0 kv/ m*15 min剂量的高压静电场对鸡精子受精率和胚胎孵化率具有显著的提高作用。即受精率提高 6.5 6个百分点 ,孵化率提高 10 .3 3个百分点。 The effects of hing voltage static electric field (HVSEF) on cock sperm,rate of fertilization,hatchablity of eggs,development of embryo and chromosone set were studied after treating semen in vitrounder different doses of HVSEF. Rooster semen samples were collected from 20 Hisen roosters and were diluted with a ratio of 1:1.The treatment time was divided into 5,15,30 minutes intervals.The electric field was divided into 300kv/m,600kv/m,900kv/m and 1200kv/m levels.After treatment,all the semen samples were laid aside for 10 minutes then incubated at 37℃ and the electric conductivity of samples were lxamined at 0.4.8 hours after incubation,Finaly artificial in semination was done. The results proved that HVSEF is able to activate sperm and increase semen electric conductivity,rate fof fertilization,hatchability of eggs and rate of the noumal chicken.The high doses of treatment were harmfal to sperm and led to early enbrys death.600kv/m has the best effects on semen and 900kv/m or 1200kv/m electric field has harmful effects on sperm.Further mors the 900kv/m and 1200kv/m may change chromosome.
