稳定型心绞痛患者冠状动脉侧支循环形成与PD-ECGF的相关性研究

摘要 [目的]探讨冠状动脉严重狭窄患者的冠状动脉侧支循环(CCC )形成与血小板源性内皮细胞生长因子(PD-ECGF)浓度的关系。[方法]入选冠状动脉造影术左前降支、左回旋支和右冠状动脉中至少1支狭窄≥90%的患者55例,按照Rentrop分级方法,对CCC进行分级:0级16例,1级14例,2级15例,3级10例;采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者 PD-ECGF浓度;应用Gensini积分系统评价患者的冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度。[结果]0和1级组血清PD-ECGF水平明显低于2和3级组。CCC分级与血清PD-ECGF浓度水平呈正相关(r=0.86, P<0.01)。血清PD-ECGF浓度与Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.93,P<0.01)。[结论]冠状动脉严重狭窄患者,随着血清PD-ECGF浓度增加,其侧支循环越发达,因此PD-ECGF可能促进了CCC的生成。 [Objective]To explore the correlation between coronary collateral circulation (CCC) formation and platelet derived endothelial cell growth factor(PD-ECGF) level .[Methods] A total of 55 patients with at least 1 vessel in left anterior descending branches ,left convolution branches and right coronary arteries by cor-onary angiography were enrolled .According to Rentrop grading method ,CCC was classified into grade 0( n=16) ,grade 1( n=14) and grade 3( n=10) .Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect PD-ECGF level .Gensini's score system was used to evaluate the extent of coronary artery atherosclerosis .[Results] Serum levels of PD-ECGF in the groups with grade 0 and grade 1 were lower than those in the groups with grade 2 and grade 3 .CCC grade was positively correlated with serum PD-ECGF level(r=0 .86 ,P<0 .01) .Serum PD-ECGF level was positively correlated with Gensini's score(r=0 .93 ,P<0 .01) .[Conclu-sion]CCC is more developed with the increasing of serum PD-ECGF level in patients with severe coronary ar-tery stenosis .Therefore PD-ECGF may promote the formation of CCC .
