泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Pantoprazole Combined with Bismuth Potassium Citrate for the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

[目的]观察泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。[方法]选取180例到本院接受治疗的胃溃疡患者，按治疗方法的不同将其分为两组。对照组采用了枸橼酸铋钾进行治疗。试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用泮托拉唑治疗。同时对两组患者应用抗幽门螺杆菌及其它胃溃疡基础治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的恢复情况，不良反应发生情况以及复发情况。[结果]两组患者经治疗后，试验组患者治疗的总有效率（96．67％）明显高于对照组（64．44％），且两组相比较差异有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。试验组患者的不良反应发生率（3．33％）、1年后的复发率（2．22％）明显低于对照组（35．56％，33．33％），且两组相比较差异均有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。[结论]泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾治疗胃溃疡的疗效明显，可以加快患者肠胃功能的恢复，促进溃疡的愈合，不良反应、复发率较低，可在临床上推广运用。

[Objective] To observe and clinical efficacy of pantoprazole combined with bismuth potassium citrate for the treatment of gastric ulcer .[Methods]According to different treatment methods ,180 patients with gastric ulcer treated in our hospital were divided into two groups .The control group was treated with bis-muth potassium citrate ,while the experimental group was treated with pantoprazole based on the treatment of control group .Patients in two groups were treated with anti-helicobacter pylori bacteria drug and other basic therapy of gastric ulcer .The recovery ,the incidence of adverse reaction and recurrence of patients in two groups after treatment were compared .[Results]After treatment ,the total effective rate of the experiment group（96 .67% ） was obviously higher than that of the control group （64 .44% ） ,and there was significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.Theincidenceofadversereaction（3.33% ）andtherelapseratewithinayear（2.22% ）of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group （35 .56% and 33 .33% ,respec-tively） ,and there was significant difference（ P ＆lt;0 .05） .[Conclusion] Pantoprazole combined with bismuth potassium citrate for the treatment of gastric ulcer has obvious efficacy ,and can accelerate the recovery of spleen and stomach function of patients ,and promote ulcer healing with lower adverse reaction and recurrence rate ,so it can be w idely used in clinical practice .
