阿托伐他汀钙治疗2型糖尿病血脂异常患者的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Atorvastatin Calcium for the Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Type 2 Diabetic Mellitus

[目的]探讨阿托伐他汀钙治疗2型糖尿病（T2DM ）患者血脂异常的临床疗效。[方法]本院2010年11月至2013年2月54例T2DM伴有血脂异常的患者，使用阿托伐他汀钙（20mg/d）治疗，疗程4周，比较治疗后的血脂变化。[结果]治疗4周后，治疗总有效率达100％。与治疗前相比，三酰甘油、血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白均有明显下降（P ＜0．05），高密度脂蛋白则明显升高（P ＜0．05）。治疗过程中，无患者因发生严重不良反应而停止治疗。[结论]阿托伐他汀钙对于T2DM患者的血脂异常有明显的改善调节作用。

[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium for the treatment of dyslipi-demia in type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM ） patients .[Methods] A total of 54 T2DM patients with dyslipidemia in our hospital from Nov .2010 to Feb .2013 were treated with atorvastatin calcium 20mg/d for 4 weeks .The change of blood lipids before and after treatment was compared .[Results]After treatment for 4 weeks ,the to-tal effective rate was 100% .Compared with before treatment ,the levels of triacylglycerol ,serum total choles-terol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were obviously decreased （ P＆lt;0 .05） ,while the level of high den-sity lipoprotein cholesterol was obviously increased （ P＆lt;0 .05） .During the treatment ,no patient discontinued the treatment due to serious adverse reaction .[Conclusion]Atorvastatin calcium can obviously improve dyslipi-demia in T2DM patients .
