不同手功能级别脑瘫患儿的日常生活能力分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析不同手功能脑瘫患儿的日常生活能力,了解脑瘫患儿手功能与日常生活能力的关系。方法采用中文版脑瘫手功能分级系统和中文版能力低下儿童评定量表对74例>4岁的脑瘫患儿进行测评,并对结果作统计学分析。结果不同手功能级别脑瘫患儿的年龄经比较,差异无统计学意义;不同脑瘫分型,手功能分级分布不同;不同手功能级别患儿的中文版能力低下儿童评定量表分值表现出明显差异性,手功能评级与中文版能力低下儿童评定量表分值具有良好的相关性(rs=-0.61^-0.82,P<0.001),中文版能力低下儿童评定量表分值间亦具有良好的相关性(r=0.67~0.86,P<0.001)。结论脑瘫患儿的手功能与日常生活能力之间有良好相关性,加强手功能训练可提高脑瘫患儿的自理能力、移动能力和社会机能。 Objective To analyze the activity of daily living for cerebral palsy children with different level of hand func- tion to understand the relationship between hand function and activity of daily living for cerebral palsy children. Method Assess 74 cases of cerebral palsy children above the age of 4 by Chinese version of the hand function classification system for cerebral palsy and Chinese version Of pediatric evaluation of disability inventory (PEDI). Take statistic analysis on the re- sult. Result There is no significant difference on age of cerebral palsy children with different level of hand function. Differ- ent style of cerebral palsy have different distribution of hand function level. Scores of PEDI between cerebral palsy children with different level of hand function have significant difference. Level of hand function has correlation with scale score of PEDI (rs=- 0. 61 - - 0. 82, P〈0. 001). There is correlation between scores of PEDI (r= 0. 67 ~ 0. 86, P~ 0. 001 ). Conclusion There is correlation between activity of daily living and hand function for cerebral palsy children. Hand function exercise can improve self--care ability, moving ability and social function for cerebral palsy children.
